I have seen many paintings of Koi and wanted to do one myself. I like the orange, blue, green, yellow combination - really catches the eye!
About Lynne Reichhart
I began my career as a corporate computer analyst and have now found my bliss. Being an artist is not what I am, but who I am. I love to create vibrant paintings from scenes that I enjoy. I try to interpret my subject, always sharing a piece of myself with the viewer and hopefully continuing to grow and hone my craft. It is wonderful to see the world in a new way full of light and dark, brightness and dullness and hard and soft. My 'Fuchsia Frenzy' painting was included in the 2011 Golden Globe gift lounge as a display piece and one of the celebrity gift bags included prints of 'Vancouver B.C.! Lynne, I don't know how you achieve such stunnng results with watercolors, but you DO! This is so filled with lush and vibrant colors. I like the natural looking compostion as well. Good wishes to you always and thanks for your gracious words about one of my Kokopelli paintings. That little fella' is my favorite subject to paint since visiting Sedona a few years ago and seeing his figure in shops. F/V
