I took the reference photo for this piece in Harper's Ferry, WV. I loved the play of light on the colorful stone and the peek through the archway. Reminds me of a wonderful trip to the South.
About Lynne Reichhart
I began my career as a corporate computer analyst and have now found my bliss. Being an artist is not what I am, but who I am. I love to create vibrant paintings from scenes that I enjoy. I try to interpret my subject, always sharing a piece of myself with the viewer and hopefully continuing to grow and hone my craft. It is wonderful to see the world in a new way full of light and dark, brightness and dullness and hard and soft.
