Pretty scene in Cape Vincent, NY of Tibbett's Point Lighthouse on the St. Lawrence River. I did this painting as a wedding gift. The bride and groom were planning to marry there, but the weather did not cooperate. They hung the painting at the reception.
About Lynne Reichhart
I began my career as a corporate computer analyst and have now found my bliss. Being an artist is not what I am, but who I am. I love to create vibrant paintings from scenes that I enjoy. I try to interpret my subject, always sharing a piece of myself with the viewer and hopefully continuing to grow and hone my craft. It is wonderful to see the world in a new way full of light and dark, brightness and dullness and hard and soft. My 'Fuchsia Frenzy' painting was included in the 2011 Golden Globe gift lounge as a display piece and one of the celebrity gift bags included prints of 'Vancouver B.C.!
