I painted this piece using my cactus plant. I did this for the Twitter Art Exhibit 2017. I love this venue since I get to show all over the world. I donated the proceeds of a sale to Molly Ollys in London, England.
I began my career as a corporate computer analyst and have now found my bliss. Being an artist is not what I am, but who I am. I love to create vibrant paintings from scenes that I enjoy. I try to interpret my subject, always sharing a piece of myself with the viewer and hopefully continuing to grow and hone my craft. It is wonderful to see the world in a new way full of light and dark, brightness and dullness and hard and soft.
